The first night in Denver I went to a comedy show, all three of these guys were great and had completely different styles from each other.

The town of Memphis was vacant and very touristy but this was surprisingly one of my favorite days. Sun Studios is where Elvis first recorded. It was a small room with all the original flooring and walls from the 1950s so you are actually standing where all these famous artist have performed!
As my tour guide put it, Graceland was “pimptastic” and there honestly is not another word for it! I was only allowed to take photos on this tour. boo.

oh the amount of things I yelled over the canyons at Mesa Verde Co, who knew hearing my own voice talking back at me would excite me so much.
I must be getting lonely. lol

I do love me…
Still in CO about to hit the road this am! I have decided that in a year all of us (being everyone I know) need to just pick up and move here…we’ll work out the job details later. It is way to gorgeous NOT to be here! Who’s in?!
I only hit up Nashville for one night! I met Matt (aka Tyler) at a Western Boot shop when I first pulled into town. He was a riot and basically got paid to goof around with me for an hour! He gave me the skinny on all the places to hit up for the night. The city was bigger than I thought and really clean!

I really wanted those red boots too….
This is a wee-bit dirty…but that’s what makes it funny!

So my whole mission for being in OK city (besides visting a friend) was to find a mechanical bull to ride. Turns out the only kind of bull you can ride here is a REAL one….and YES they have a bar that this happens at every weekend! So I tried to get a guy to let me jump on his back instead, who know I would be denied!? We found a dueling piano bar and at some point I got pulled up on stage (my birth place) which I think someone else got footage of….
HAPPY FRIDAY!!
This past weekend here in Houston the 48 hour film race went down (if I only I had known sooner)! This competition happens once a year and you and your clan are given a theme on a Friday night and you have 48 hours to create a 7 min film! This includes, script, costume, actors, music, editing, the whole shebang!
So tonight we went and viewed all the finished products. I was SO impressed with what people came up with and produced in a two day period!
I am hoping to particpate next year, anyone game? Lets make a weekend of it!
Seeing Niagara Falls was definatly worth the trip! However the town of Niagara Falls is probably the dumpiest town I have ever seen! It is known to be the honeymoon spot but if my honey ever took me there I would be sending him over the moon–it’s discusting!!! Finding the falls wasn’t difficult, all you have to do is listen. I would highly recomend the Maid of the Mist tour, it was really neat to see the falls up close and sopping wet!

Not kidding you, I walked into motel 6 and no one was around. The next thing I know a dog comes around the corner and jumps up just like this.
What luck!

Thanks to Jessie for letting me involve her dogs in my blog!
